Central Entries 0754 991 700 on Wednesday 16th September between 10:00am and 2:00pm and Thursday 17th September between 2:00pm and 6:00pm. Entries close Thursday 17th September at 6:00pm.
Day Member entries via Day Membership Nomination Forms only - no phone entries accepted.
NOTICE:
- One competitor’s partner or one junior competitor’s parent/guardian (18+) is eligible for free admission
- Buckle Presentation after Rodeo time to be advised.
- Series event - Open Bull overall points winner or average score for both events to win in addition Buckle series- overall points winner for both events to win Buckle.
- Camping -Unpowered. Free to competitors on gate list.
- NO DOGS, NO GLASS & NO BYO -alcohol permitted – Security will be inspecting eskies and camp sites
- Stable available - prior bookings required

EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read the following conditions carefully before attending.
As a condition of entry, patrons may be required to submit to a search of their person or possessions upon arrival.
No BYO alcohol is permitted by law. Eskys and external beverages will not be admitted. Sealed, unopened plastic water bottles are welcome. This is a glass-free event.
Patrons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Companion cards are accepted with the purchase of a full-price ticket.
Harassment, threats, discriminatory language, or abusive behaviour directed at any person — including staff, volunteers, participants, or fellow attendees — will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
Event management reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, any person at their absolute discretion — including for inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior. No refund will be issued to any person refused entry or removed.
Camping chairs and picnic blankets are permitted.
By attending this event, ticket holders consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded. Footage and images may be used by the event organisers for promotional, marketing, or media purposes without further notice or compensation.
Personal photography for private, non-commercial use is welcome. Professional photography and videography intended for sale, promotion, or public distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from event management. This includes the use of drones and commercial recording equipment, including but not limited to, clip-on lens attachments and detachable lenses, tripods, monopods, stabilisers, phone mounts, and external lighting such as ring lights or flash attachments. Event management reserve the right to refuse entry or ask any person to leave who is engaged in unauthorised commercial photography. Unauthorised commercial media may be deleted and equipment confiscated.
Camping facilities are available to camping ticket holders only.
No dogs are permitted on the event grounds. Registered service animals are welcome.
Smoking & Vaping
- This is a smoke-free and vape-free event. A designated area will be provided for smokers.

The safety of patrons, competitors, and animals is our priority. Events may be postponed or cancelled in the event of extreme weather conditions.
